Master class for Children “Chemical Experiments”
An interactive workshop “Chemical Experiments” was organized on June 14, 2019 by Russian Centre of Science and Culture in order to enhance the knowledge of chemistry among students.
For students, chemical experiments were demonstrated that can be repeated by any student of the lower grades; objects and foodstuffs for everyday use were used in the experiments.
The main purpose of the event is to arouse interest in chemistry among schoolchildren, which they will soon begin to study, and perhaps some of them will connect their future profession with this subject.
Teacher of Kathmandu Vinayak Shikshalaya on behalf of the school administration thanked the staff of RCSC for organizing this kind of informative and interesting program.
It was recalled that the year 2019 was proclaimed by the United Nations as the International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements D.I. Mendeleev.
