Round table dedicated to International Peace Day.
September 23, 2019 on International Peace Day, the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Kathmandu, together with the UN Association in Nepal, held a round table on the theme "Promoting Peace through Tourism".
The main guest of the event was the Director General of the Department of Tourism of the Government of Nepal, Dandu Raj Gimire. The keynote speaker at the event was Bishnu Hari Nepal, a former ambassador and expert on tourism.
The program was chaired by the President of People to People International, Dambar Bir Tapa.
The program began with a welcoming speech and the announcement of the Livadia message of peace to the guests of the event by an RCSC employee in Kathmandu.
The event was also attended by representatives of the business and labor sectors of Nepal, as well as local media.
