We have finally joined forces. The materials possessed by RVIO are extensive, we can use them for events, exhibitions in order to counter the falsification of history,” Eleonora Mitrofanova said.
Chairman of the Russian Military Historical Society, Vladimir Medinsky stressed that Rossotrudnichestvo is a permanent partner of the RVIO and the two organizations “have a lot of common themes in all directions”.
“The representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo are scattered around the world, including in those countries where military and historical events took place, where memorials to our soldiers are preserved, military burials, where it is important and necessary to work to counteract the falsification of history and perpetuate the memory of our soldiers,” Vladimir Medinsky said.
The agreement between the RVIO and Rossotrudnichestvo will formalize the cooperation of the parties in the field of preservation of monuments and places of the Russian Military-Historical Heritage in the territory of foreign states and will serve as an incentive for the development of new directions of international cooperation in the humanitarian sphere.
